Lying on the floor

facing the inextricable situation 

she attends the class online

with her heart echoing repudiation.

To get a decent score

she obliges, though not very fine.

The class filled with life and emotions 

she truly does miss.

For, the fate cannot be chosen

immersed she lay, in the 

memories of bliss.
