Cheesy And Rhymeless
Cheesy And Rhymeless
They dunno what this feeling is like
His eyes are burning
Along with that thing in her chest.
They’ll tell you a story
Before it tells itself.
They dunno know…
Their existence mattered
Even if they shut their mouths
They both assumed each other
To be someone in the crowd.
To him, she was like…
A full moon shining
Dominantly in the night sky.
Taking time to reveal itself
And then standing alone,
With mere existence more than enough.
To her, he was like the setting sun
Strangely bright yet mellow
Radiant and influencing.
Seemingly going down, fading
For a moment , saying goodbye
>And then again.
Little did he knew,
She wasn’t the changing moon
But the twinkling starry sky
That mixed within itself,
Unpredictable and pretty blue.
Little did she knew,
He wan’t the sunset, but
The first ray of sun
Warm,a hint of innocent surprise
Orange and raw.
Nothing to miss about
And greeting everything.
Though the differences
He loved the night thoughts
That he had had never before.
And she learned to smile at the light
The cheerfulness that was pure.
Just doing fine even
In the their oblivion and misunderstandings
Like this long poem
Cheesy and rhymeless.
