Can't Forget You

A tale of two strangers,

Our paths crossed each other,

She saw him once and felt as if they've known each other.

She thought, might be it was just an attraction,

But her sub-conscious mind arose a confusion,

Whether it was real or just a hallucination.

She browsed the web and searched her prince whom she observed,

Crossed her fingers, followed him, and awaited that he'll request back again.

They exchanged their numbers with each other,

Chatted till late nights and he praised her as if she was the only beautiful girl,

But this innocent girl was unaware that he wasn't serious,

And she was tricked by his sweet words.

After chatting for more than a year,

One fine day she confessed and he straightforwardly uttered,

You are just a mere contact, I think henceforth we shouldn't chatter.

She was a totally mad girl,

And still believed that someday he'll return,

Because she loved him and was unable to forget that stranger.
