Breathe In, Breathe Out

She hugs her knees and breathes in,

She breathes in all of the pain, 

All of the hurt, all of the tears, 

All of the bloodshed, 

All of the nightmares, 

All of the abuse, 

All of the trauma, 

All Of the sadness, 

All of the anger,

Everything horrid that floats through the atmosphere around her.

She holds it in for what feels like an eternity but is merely just a measly millisecond.

She hugs her knees and breathes out
