Booming Clouds
Booming Clouds
This playful cloud in the rain,
Soothes every heart, and eases every pain.
It comes and goes, wild and free,
Running in circles, as happy can be.
How much water does it carry, who can say?
It never tells as it goes on its way.
In months of Ashadha, Shravana, Bhadrapad's delight,
It pours down rain with all its might.
This playful cloud in the rain,
Soothes every heart, and eases every pain.
It comes and goes, wild and free,
Running in circles, as happy can be.
How much water
does it carry, who can say?
It never tells as it goes on its way.
In months of Ashadha, Shravana, Bhadrapad's delight,
It pours down rain with all its might.
Dark clouds turn the world into a watery scene,
A sight that makes hearts serene.
In Sawan and Bhadon, out we tread,
Old umbrellas above our heads.
Water it gives, day and night,
Cloud sometimes gives us a different delight.
When thunder roars and lightning shrouds,
Everyone hides from the booming clouds.
Dark clouds turn the rain.
