Blank Canvas
Blank Canvas
All those obnoxious memories
Due to tireless hours
Of priceless patience
All the madness
And the chaotic battles
I know life goes both ways,
But my head ain’t a darn circus
I’d rather live a blank canvas.
Not ‘bout the dollars
They all lifeless
Just a little bit of kindness
Screw the darkness
I gotta stop being so damn serious
After all, I’m just painting a blank canvas.
My priorities got pointless
Broken promises
Reckless choices
I tried to summon a goddess
To buy me another blank canvas.
I was stupid, I thought my painting was hopeless
Man, I thought I was worthless
Thought my troubles were endless
I mean, I ain’t got no permanent virus
But I’d still rather live a blank canvas.
