Battle For Identity

He never appreciated me.

He never listens to me.

He always suppressed me.

He never gave me a challenging task.

She never supported me.

She always blames me.

He gave me inputs which were not true.

He demanded me to be assertive.

He demanded me to be a team player.

He demanded me to manage time.

He ruined my confidence in the discussion.

He always judges me based on other's word.

It’s time to revamp less I would lose myself in his words.

Appraisal teaches a lesson.

Some accepts it, cribs and move on in the same place.

Others speak up, fight for what they deserve,

While others know their value,and move to a place, where they get appreciation.

We live for a job by being a replaceable worker.

We work faithfully for a person, hoping to get returns for our efforts.

Everything appears miniature when viewed with perspective,

In reality, life is of emotional exchange, which survives with empathy.

We spend enough time to understand our situation and plan our career growth.

Are we justifying the same efforts to our family to keep our relationship?
