At This Ending Session of Our Life

We have prepared to leave the race of the world;

And to take rest at this ending session of our life

Suddenly my sweetheart got sick and bed-ridden

 I feel the bond of love between husband and wife

I bitterly feel without one another is incomplete

Both we need each other to swim over the waves

Full of tides, high and low, dangerous to sink down

So it happened; the boat overturned; nobody to save

We are floating, sinking, drinking the un-hygienic water

We become far away from each other and have no trace

Pray to God to give her strength to swim over the tides

And get her ashore alive, safely, with a new life afresh

Life is full of problems, struggling, suffering, and pains

Both physically and mentally, sometimes very difficult

We understand the truth when we have to cross over

The odds and uneven life tides having all-round assault
