Another Chance
Another Chance
All I ask is for another chance,
A will and seek to prove,
Of the worth I carry,
And my destiny to become.
I wonder why I had to ask,
Instead had I questioned myself,
There would be better fate;
Waiting for me,
Out there, with the key to the locked doors.
Today, I stand, in doubt,
Of a worry, if I could.
What I forgot is,
That I can,
All that was needed was a little will,
Confidence to prove,
Of all the worth that I could be.
