We just can’t run away,

We shouldn’t escape.

We can only hope.

Even if, standing at the edge of the fall,

The fall of life.

The end of hopes.

Yet, we shall dream,

A dream for a beautiful future -

The future we see together,

‘Together’ – perhaps a term that calls for a myth,

Yet a myth worth believing in,

Yet a battle worth dying for.

Your presence, my existence,

Your comeback, my acceptance,

Perhaps marks a new beginning,

Or, maybe the beginning of the end?
