An Auspicious Dream

An Auspicious Dream

It was a giant snake which was moving slowly towards the dense forest,

It had brightest Ruby crowned on the head perhaps it was his time for the afternoon rest,

I kept following it mesmerized by its presence and feared of someone killing it for its beauty & wanting to know more,

I realised we weren't alone and a group of humans could be heard from far giving us a sore,

It whispered something quickly and gave me the permission to follow it,

The sheer majestic snake was extraordinary and supernatural being in his kingly seat,

I was afraid not of him but humans who could kill him for a piece of jewel,

I yelled as loudly as I could, telling the king to move fast as possible to be alright & well,

As the sound of steps became heavy I couldn't run because of exhaustion,

And as soon as I started weeping I saw the shadow of my father, the God of Destruction,

It didn't even a take a moment for him to calm me and the entire environment down,

Just observe closely how the king is saved he said and the humans disappear in frown,

He disappeared as quickly as he had come and gave me the gift of snakes,

No wonder they bite people who arrive to harm me and drown them in the grim lakes.
