Accept to develop

I kept my past in a bag 

Where no one can unlock 

I don't even remember the passcode 

I woke up every day to be productive 

I'm running all over for success 

Then God reminds me, 

That I have to first accept my mistakes 

Come out of shame and guilt 

Or those things eat me alive inside 

So, now I'm accepting my mistakes 

I'm facing rejections now 

But it's for my development.
