A Man

Hey, you probably know me.

I'm what you call a 'Man'

I am also known as male and gent,

Guy, dude and lad.

I'm tall, handsome, brave and strong

For that is what I must be.

If I cry, I'm frowned upon

Emotions make me a sissy.

If I so much as look at her,

I have a lustful gaze.

But if she creeps and stalks me

I must be enjoying that maze.

A womanizer if I say she's pretty

A stalker if I get her home.

A pervert if I hold her hand

A rapist if I have her down.

Rape is, I know and I believe 

A heinous crime to do.

But believe me when I say this,

It is a reality for us too.

My girlfriend always has my shoulder 

To cry her heart out on

I would like to do that too,

But gotta keep the mask on.

So there, peeps. Yes, that's me.

I have a heart, I do.

I have dignity, desires, morals and ethics

I have a sister and a mother too.
