A Crown Of Jealousy

A Crown Of Jealousy

'I' can hear the sound of agony,

Someone shouts, always shouts...

'You' have to be, you have to be like your mom.

'Your' mom is beautiful, fair,

'You' are black, nobody care.

One day, one of 'I', front of the mirror

Ends my story.

'I' was jealous of my mom.

'I' can feel the pain of failure,

The society shut its door in front of 'me'.

While surroundings dance with full marks,

'I' remain close with ninety-six.

The ecstasy of failure gives me white cover.

'I' take an endless sleep.

'I' am jealous of surroundings.

'I' sink in the ocean of knowledge.

'I' can't touch the earth.

'I' turn into stone,

And my Society wears A Crown Of Jealousy.
