3/4th
3/4th
Oblige me with a terse 3/4th, I desire no more,
3/4th of an year had I been nurtured and my mother did adore;
Before she lead me into a world where I live three quarters of four,
Neither full nor by halves, I long for a terse 3/4th, I desire no more.
I was born in March, to live my first year 3/4th,
And at 3 instead of 4, had I been admitted to school to spend there 3/4th of each broad daylight;
As I write my 3rd line of this quatrain of four, I state forth,
They said be ahead by 3/4th an hour in time in order to push with all your might.
Certainly one’s considered learned, in the wake of reading 1/4 of life,
Many fancy to score a solid 3/4th of the full hundred;
To steer clear the fear of failing and the topper’s smug strife,
Dead spirited stay awake 3/4th a day, dwelling upon the living record of memory of 3/4th latter of school they wandered.
In the mist of 3/4th of anxiety, lass reaps 1/4th of contentment,
Eating a bread 3/4th, and want 3/4th of prosperity to not be a rich skinflint;
I wish for 3 quarters of an hour to enjoy a sound body,
Then I may die as I embrace and complete a profound 3/4th of a century.
