Famished Intellectuals
Famished Intellectuals
The authenticity of glory,
And the untold truths lose their way in the sand of dreary desert;
When the victor writes the history,
Never in the renowned excerpts did the soapbox show no mercy & dirt.
While the dictator beared the massacre creditors,
Concealed the whites their boundless brutality;
The indomitable fires that were led by brutes,
On & on the forbidden shots and the gore stained Jallianwala roots.
Never unfolded were books,
that had imprints of the terrible genocides;
The buried faults of the British crown,
The divisions they casted and the concealed sides.
The brutal racists once rode the East India Company sail,
The museum of innumerable overseas wealths;
The slaves that sang the gloomy tale,
Those feigned patriots were Satans of hell.
