Enemy At The Gate
Enemy At The Gate
He was a king, no doubt.
Won so many battles with his army,
A great warrior, a great leader.
He believed in him, got betrayed.
He was nourishing with thoughts, as a friend.
He destroyed him when the opportunity existed,
As winning a battle with a known enemy is easier,
Than an unknown betrayer of your strength.
By surviving within him, as part of his subconscious mind
He buried his life and respect.
Deal with your past, proactively.
Put an end to the enemy, before he is born.
Enemies outside can be won easily than an enemy hiding within you.
