My Locked Heart
My Locked Heart
I have a delicate heart,
Locked from outside,
So that none can occupy.
Not that it didn't want to belong,
But, it was longing for the right beat,
Finding a soul with the right key.
Many attempted to open the lock,
But the keys didn't match.
There were few who had no key,
But, I let them occupy and own it.
I wasn't aware, without the right key,
It will be left broken, torn and hurt.
That's why remember,
Locks are always broken without the right key,
Hearts are broken without the right soul.
