Lilac Sky
Lilac Sky
We are rather the clouds
In the lilac sky
Than the sky itself.
We move on with the teary droplets
Of experience and achievements.
We move on solo oblivious.
We let go of all the agony and pain;
The rain of regrets and mistakes falls down after all
Which water the flowers of tomorrow.
Memories of mistakes,
Happiness, love, and regret.
These memories are burdens
Which weighs down our soul
It won’t allow us to move forward
Till we leave some behind.
So we the clouds of this massive sky
Cry our tears of mistakes.
So that our rain makes the pupils grow
In a world not so fair,
So they rise all bright and lay not low.
We are rather the clouds in the lilac sky than the sky itself.
We cry and bleed through our mistakes in the form of rain
Which makes them immune to disdain.
We are a part of the whole
And the whole.
