You Will Run Away!

Yesterday night, they run away from the school campus. They are not the first to run away. Revati was the daughter of a Senior Police Officer. She got the job due to various reasons; her father was the Chief Administrator in the plant. At times, she used the influence of Love uncle, who is the promoter of the company. I remember she used to say- I asked uncle to promote her as Vice Principal. So, She started this tradition. Her father was asked to leave campus indirectly, without any formal farewell.

She could have continued here but without any extra facility as she was provided pick up and drop facility and she used to stay in big residential apartment provided for her father. She resigned from Gurgaon by sending an email without giving any notice or following due process. She was the daughter of ex C.A.O and she has support from company owner. She was special off course. A teacher was on duty as a caretaker for her. Her resignation was accepted immediately. Then, another gentleman, our Physics faculty left the campus without any information stealthily. He was not coming to school for the last few days.

Yes, Recently, He spoke to our school management to increase his salary. But, It was in contradiction to his negotiation at the time of the interview. He was upset due to the higher salary paid to other teachers than him. Then suddenly, Mr. Ahmed applied for long leave as his mother was not well. I got a call from him that he is not coming back. I remember, how disparate he was to get this job. Probably, he has got an increase in salary hike from 25K to 30K. For this small amount, he has decided to change. He should have given some time for his students and institution.

Yesterday, I got an email. In this mail, Karina writes, "there are a lot of reasons for taking this sudden step. We had been struggling to show that we were not but when our own colleague Ms. Gayatri passing loose comments about my husband and Coordinator supporting her by saying that she is more important to us than you. Such comments hurt your morale. I know this is all rubbish! I have a big fear, who is next? What short of blame will come in the near future? We are teachers! How will the community respect you, Sir and Madam!
