This story is about two women who work at a large retail chain in the USA. These two women are well-known and well-qualified for the jobs they have been pursuing.
Both of them have been with the company for 20 years and have college degrees in retail sales and management. When the jobs for retail management became available, they both applied for the positions. Despite their experience in retail and highly well-rounded degrees, they were turned down. When they asked their boss why they were turned down, the boss said to them that the company needs men in this position and not housewives. They were told that "wives are only good for two things." When they asked what those were, the store manager said "Sex and housekeeping."
The two women were shocked and expressed their dismay. They couldn't believe that their boss held such discriminatory views about women. They were told to get back to work and threatened with being fired if they didn't comply.
Sue and Tiffany walked out of the office, slammed the door, and both walked back to their places of work in the store. They both said to each other, "Can you believe this sexist motherfu**** and what he said to us? What should we do about it? We should call HR and corporate and get him fired."
While on thire lunch break both Sue and Tiffany and Sue call HR toghter and corporate. And they both told HR And corporate on what the store manager said. They both told corporate that the store manager told them that they needed only men to work the store and if he had his way that he would fire all women, and only have men working in retail. And also that women where only good for two things only that was sex and house work and to be a good little slave to thire men. And that was the only place for women and not in the work force. And he also told us if we didn't leave his office and get back to work that we both would be fired.
HR and corporate these are serious stuff that you are saying and needs to be investigated,Sue can I say something here yes by all means Sue, I know that you are not to have cell phones at work but I have proof on video of what he said. And Tiffany has auto we are sorry that we broke the rules but we did this for our own protection you both will be okay just be sure to keep this recovering and auto recording for us. So that we have the proof that we need to get rid of this mother fuç---..
We will not only save it we will play it at the metting when there is a metting.
A few hours after the call both HR and corporate arrive at the store to investigate the two ladies allegations. When HR and corporate arrive they made their way to Mr. longs office you are in serious trouble what in the hell are you talking about here? Well we have to well qualified workers who want to be managers of this store. But we understand that you turned them down just because they are women. Oh! You mean those sluts Tiffany and Sue. Yeah so what I told them that we need men in these positions of power in or stores and not women.
Oh! If you fell this way let's call Tiffany and Sue to the office and talk to them. Someone from corporate gets in the pa if thire is a Sue and Tiffany and Sue please report to the store managers office.
When they reach the office they notice that HR and corporate where setting in the office with the store manager. We understand that both of you have put in for store management position's yes we have. And you have gotten turned down on numbours occasions because of sexist reasons is this true yes it is.
And we have proof of this we have a video recording and auto recording of this mornings metting between us and the store manager. The store manager starts to open his mouth and said that these women are not only sluts but they recorded this metting illegally and I would like to press full chargers against these women.
HR- Corporate if you knew what was good for you you need to shut your mouth now.
HR- Corporate ladies do you have the recordings ready for us we shour do. Are they ready to play for us. If course. How about you first Sue we understand that you have an video recording of the meeting. Yes are you ready to play it. Yes.
Sue starts her video recording of the video where he saids that the only good place for women is in the home and not the work force and retail spaces and if he had his way that he would fire all women . And women where only put on this earth is to be good little slaves to their men and rsae thire men.
Tiffany plays her auto recovering of the metting and the auto saids like wise.
HR- Corporate well what do you have to say about your selfs Mr. Well I guessed I am caught in the act. And I am sorry is theie any way that I can say to save my job.
HR- CORPORATE DAVE IT MR. BECAUSE YOU ARE FIRED. Now get out and never return to this store ever angin. You all are going to regret firing me I am out.
Sue- I am so sorry that we didn't do anything earlier about this punk because we have had a bunch of complaints about this guy we just couldn't do nothing because we didn't have no proof of what he was doing or saying. Until today Sue and Tiffany how about the cell phone thing are we in trouble for that.
No it's a good thing what you did here because without you both this mother fuç--- would still be working here and violating women's right and work rights.
Sue now since we have a store dicortors job open would you like to have this job if you take this job it pays 250,000.00 a year plus bounces what do you say do you want the job well let me think about it for a minute well I have thought about it of course I will take it.
Tiffany we have had a service mangers job opened for the last couple of months now and we need a ladies like you to head up the department while the department has been a mess now for the last 2 months we have complete faith that you will straighten the mess out. And the job also pays very well your starting pay we be 90,000.00per year. What do you say. Tiffany? Does this job also come with a bounce yes it does. I will take it.
