The Two Pots

Once upon a time flood came in a village and there was huge destruction. Carcasses were floating all around. Two pots were floating in the water one was a light earthen pot and the other was a heavy coarse pot.

The coarse pot told the earthen pot "come near me and I will keep you warm and safe from animals and other dangers".

Thanking the coarse pot the earthen pot said "thank you but I will be fine " and floated away. After some time a strong gust of wind started blowing and as a result the heavy pot drowned but the earthen pot was still alive.

Moral: People who are dangerous should be kept at bay.
