Vidya was a not so very successful person but a vibrant one. Intelligence was her identity and beauty her entity. Such a combination was rare to view. Success was not an issue for her but it was matter of time. Being vibrant, she had much dream to accomplish and much contributions to build the nation. Never at any point she ever gave up, but fought, to win her race all the time. Life was not fair so she made fairness her life.
Care and love was her identity all the time, but marriage was not happening. Demanding was not she, but she was searching for someone with whom she could really live her life.
Life was not happy with this calculation of her and presented the toughest of the toughest tests to her, which she bore fervently. After a long long wait and search, she emerged off the darkness. On that fateful day destined by universe, finally she received an interest from a Banglorean guy called Girish on the matrimony site. Neutralizing the bitterness of life that has tried all to ruin and regaining her crushed composure, ultimately she accepted his interest. Immediately he called back. Earlier in past time she had ignored the calls, but somehow she attended the call.
The voice on the other end was sweet, respectful, compost, and above all down to Earth. He began with his story and Vidya was just encaptivated in his decent voice that was respectful and caring. But the voice on other hand was interested in knowing more and encouraged Vidya to open up a little more. This impressed Vidya even more. He did understand it is the first interaction with her and she will need time and space to open up. He formerly asked her permission to message her and Vidya was just overwhelmed of his decent. Vidya finally shared her whatsapp with her and they shared photos then he became quiet. Vidya was mesmerized by his attitude, presentation, and sweetness and wanted to hear him one more time. After a wait of two days she messaged him and requested him to tell his likes and dislikes. He didn't answer and she was more curious to know him more, to hear his sweet voice more. His indifferent attitude was troubling her but she also wanted to know him more, so she finally started searching how to approach guys and found that they love jokes. So one fine afternoon, she began her messaged as Hope, I'm not disturbing you' and forwarded a hind joke saying, 'Do you understand hindi script.' To this he replied with a smiley and said, 'No I do not understand the script but since this was in English I grabbed the message.' Much relieved of his reply, Vidya slowly started to keep poking him. He will attend to her messages, but will not reply always, which troubled her. She wanted him to talk, but at the same time she didn't want to be to imposing and forceful. Then finally after two days, he called on her whatsapp number, which she was waiting for. She picked up and was happy to hear him again. Most part of the talk was done by him only and she answered his inquisitive question. Only a few she asked which he did answer. On those initial days one of the questions he inquired was, 'How do you spend your day?', to which she said, 'Nothing special since I stay at home.' On reply to this he said, 'Just don't wind up short, answer in detail.' He showed his interest too in listening every minute details. He never missed any details she mentioned. Very minutely he inquired every detail which he missed in his first interaction. He eagerly listened to every detail but never was judgmental. This interest of his made Vidya to feel loved and belonging to him.
Slowly Vidya felt her inclination towards him. But he was not very interactive and talkative. This made Vidya bit confused. Was he interested in her or not? Was she compatible with him or not? These all questions were hovering all over her head all the time and stole her peace of mind. Finally tired of his indifferent behaviour, she wrote to him, 'I don't know whether I match your standards or not but I liked the way you presented your story, the true real story not at all hiding the painful odd ones. I liked your genuineness.'
Sensing the impatience he answered her questions on chat and said he is busy. He also asked what she expected about the conversation. She answered that she was expecting so long polished story, but your genuineness overruled. He was not satisfied with the words. The next day morning he gave the first video call. This move was totally unexpected but Vidya liked this. She quickly attended and was mesmerized to see him right in front of herself. His fairness, beautiful dear eyes, and lovely little mouth. His smile stole her heart. Further on the whatsapp he put his lines as 'change is inevitable...' These all things pulled her towards him. She now started liking him. She wished to see him more and hear him more often. Love that migrated her heart long back suddenly started finding new soil to bloom. Unknown to these all changes, the new seed found its grip in her heart. Gradually, he leads her on the path of love. He wanted this love to bloom, but somehow he was not very satisfied so he finally asked what she felt about him.
Unable to resist him, she agreed to pen a poem on him. She beautifully penned it but like every new relationship feared its authenticity and footedness. She wanted to say those heartfelt words and wanted to see how it pierced his heart but not this early, that too without aptly assessing his worthiness to her love. Struggling herself between the too, in the starting she just kept postponing it. This irritated and angered him and he finally said I don't have time. She was shocked over his such absurd reaction. She too felt as if being completely wiped out.
The things that are destined by God have no bound. The relationship that appeared to end however met a different fate. In her video calls, the guy was much impressed by the poetic taste of Vidya and hence asked to express her feelings in poetry. During this heated hour, Vidya received a message that her poem on love is selected and is live on the website. She was very happy to find a new opportunity to share her feelings with him and soothe his hurt soul, but she feared his anger too. Gathering courage she finally messaged him saying, 'one of my poem is live. Would you like to read it.' He replied calmly as yes. It was on the same day they both began to chat with each other. Feeling that the liveness of her poem on the very same auspicious day to be a sign from the cosmos that this relationship is meant to bloom under the shade of love and understanding. Thus she sent her poem and he was happy to read a poem which described him. He admired her writing. The relationship which appeared coarse by now suddenly transformed into the bed of roses that paved the path to horizon of clouds where dreams bloomed. Blessed she felt to be in his company and admirable he conceived to stand by her side.
This was the time when he inquired whether she was comfortable to meet him. She replied yes but still he never asked her to meet. He never was opportunistic but rather gave Vidya to decide. He patiently listened to all talks and rubbish from her but said nothing. He longed to see her even more but never imposed on her rather patiently waited for months for her to become comfortable with him. He waited till the time she said, 'I want to meet you.' This is where Vidya took her most important lesson, 'Love doesn't compel but convinces. Love blooms in freewill.' Vidya felt blessed to have her soulmate that believes in edification. Vidya and Girish cherished the relationship every couple desires but fails to achieve because they get stuck-up in infatuation stage and ruin all in lust. But in this relationship both of the acted maturely. When one was high the other took the charge of being sensible and help the other person overcome the stage of highness. And on top of that, they believed in bringing the good things in the other half. Girish always encouraged Vidya to be passionate for her life and be the achiever and on the other hand Vidya kept the spirit of Girish blessed by positive boasts that rejuvinates soul. The bond of love they thus wove kept scintillating for time immemorial.
