Once upon a time on an isolated island lived some weird creatures. They looked like normal people but had weird habits. They looked at the world with closed eyes and hardly used their ears. They used their brains but not their heart. Most of them had ample food on the island but they were always too busy running, fighting and talking to eat food. None of them knew why they were running. They did not even know from where they started running or where they had to reach. They were too busy running to think about it.

Most of the time they competed with each other and killed each other. Many of them were very talented. They could sing, dance, act, create, grow wonderful things and mimic each other very well. They hated the people they loved and loved the people they hated. They tripped and fell all the time and made each other trip and fall. It was their favourite sport.

The food they ate contained a lot of poisonous elements but they were so busy imitating each other that they did not want to think anything different. Luckily they had a Fountain of Eternal Youth, food containing nectar and magical herbs and potions which anyone and everyone of them could use. But they neither wanted to use those nor allow anyone to try . They killed anyone who acted, behaved or thought different from them. They spent days and nights drinking poisonous liquids and eating poisonous food.

They prayed for someone to come and save them from their sufferings. A holy creature who used it's heart and ears wanted to help the others. The weird creatures were very happy and treated it very well. They gave him special treatment and respected and revered it for a day. But they suspected it wanted to use the Fountain of Eternal Youth, the magical herbs and potions and the food containing nectar only for itself. So they killed it.
But after killing the holy creature, they regretted and repented their mistake. They started worshipping it and made many statues of it. They even made a house for him. They offered the water from the Fountain of youth, the magical herbs and potions and the food containing nectar in the house. If any thirsty, hungry or ill creature tried to use the water, eat the herbs or food they killed him as a mark of respect for the holy creature. They forced everyone to sing songs in praise of it.
They made a book containing all the teachings and preachings of the holy creature. But if any creature wanted to read It, they would declare the creature a sinner and kill it. They would later build a house in its honour too. The book was written in a weird language which most creatures could not understand. If any creature tried to read or declared they have read or understood the book they would have that creature killed. They would then form a group to honour the creature and they would worship it.

The island gradually became divided into different groups- some of the creatures worshipped the book, others worshipped the holy creature and many groups worshipped the house of the holy creature. There were many who worshipped the creatures who died in an attempt to read, understand or explain the book. The creatures killed any creature who did not join their group. A house was built for any creature who was killed by any group. Most of the groups forgot about the holy creature, the book and the magical things they had.

The weird creatures were so busy deciding whom to worship that they all forgot about the Fountain of eternal youth, the magical herbs and potions and the food containing nectar. They prayed for the holy creature to be reborn and did not drink the water from the Fountain of Eternal Youth or eat the food containing nectar or use the magical herbs and potions. They felt the quantity was too little and it was best that no one ate, drank or heal. It was easier to kill each other. Thus the island which was the most populated became most isolated as most of the weird creatures killed each other. The weird creatures who survived are still praying for the holy creature to be reborn and save them from each other.
