The "Humus Heir 1"

Kota Humus, as the community was collectively called never thought that they will ever see something like a metal made human in their life. It only happened when "Humus heir I", the only son of the lord of their community, "Humus King" as they used to call their lord, was walking down the lane saw a metal like thing appearing from somewhere down the earth, a metallic human appeared out of it, the thing disappeared as soon as that human came out. This sight was sufficient to frighten the ten-year-old kid.  

Since childhood "Humus heir I" was provided with everything, he was supposed to be the future king of their community and the lord "Humus King" pampered him a lot. The Lord expected him to be fearless, strong, energetic and what not. But the lord soon realized that his son was nothing like what he wanted him to be, in fact, "Humus heir I" was like a little kitten, who would easily get afraid and was comparatively weaker than other kids of his age. He would never agree to cut people's head, who were falsely accused by his father, as a matter of honor.

"Humus King" himself was not a very good leader. No doubt he was strong and had fought many wars, but the community people viewed him as an unfair and brutal master. He had made many slaves by false accusation and has snatched their property. His people feared him but never respected him. They were looking for a king who was more like a human.

On the other hand, the lord was trying all his best to make his son like him and was failing miserably. At last, the king came up with a plan. He decided to claim that his son is possessed by some mythical powers and is soon going to die. He decided to kill his son and then produce another son, who will be an exact copy of him and make that son the king. In this way, he will not be breaking the rules of the community that the families are allowed to have only one child and his reputation will also not be ruined. 

"Humus heir I" heard his father's plans and was very depressed, soon he realized that the rumors about him under the influence mythical powers were spreading like wildfire.

After his encounter with the metal human, he ran with all his strength and told the people about him. Everyone was afraid of it. Finally, the king took charge of killing that man.

Everyone including the "Humus King" and the "Humus heir I" reached the place where the kid had seen him. They saw that the man was busy doing something with a big round machine, he would pick out some tools from a bag, would do something and keep them aside. That creature, as they termed him, turned towards them and spoke something, but no one understood his language. He even took out another metallic weapon that emitted a lot of light, and everyone was feared to death. 

"Humus King," thought that this is the best way to kill his son. He yelled that the "Humus heir" was supposed to be the next king, and he should fight with the creature."Humus heir I" felt his death was near and was not ready to face the creature, but he saw that everyone had hope in their eyes after hearing that someone is going to help them get rid of the creature. He also sensed the fear of the people.

Soft heart, as he was, he couldn't see people in trouble and walk close to the creature. The creature took out a small square black box like thing and put it close to his eye, closing another eye as if winking. The small box emitted some flash, and everyone shouted with fear. In impulse to the reaction, the heir took out his sword. Soon the man sat inside the round thing and disappeared. 

Everyone thought that it was the "Humus heir I" who made the creature disappear. Everyone was so happy with him, even his father was proud of him for the first time. He soon became the next king and ruled the community with justice and decision. He promoted his people's welfare and was the most loved king so far.

On the other hand, the scientist who traveled time and was stuck in an unknown time zone was returned to his time zone and was in the headlines of the newspaper next day with a picture that he clicked there. The picture of an ancient man, he said. That ancient man was the "Humus heir I".
