The paradox of dying for values undermines its realization. Like how to die for the fight for freedom, it never allows you to attain liberty. The values just defined my integrity and to do what is right and not what is easy.

I grew up fearing to stand alone, above others for the fear of the criticism. We weren't used to the unpopular things. Yet things around bothered me day and night. The circumstances weren't what it would mean of equality that I read in my books. The irony that very few people stood up for a cause though almost each and everyone complained about this unjust inequity. This made me take my next step towards making a change.

The inequity prevailed everywhere irrespective of cities and villages. More than just poverty and ignorance there were different shades to it. The root cause was the lack to identify what goes wrong. I tried to analyse what exactly does this inequity mean. I came to know it is the failure to build a collaborative environment where we can address issues and there is an assistant who can sort out the unique problems with each of us.

There were confrontations about the socioeconomic constructs but I tried at my level to start a forum to discuss and just discuss. Not just in terms of psychological help but I could help in several aspects. This is what I believe is to inspire others. Leaders are not to just command and communicate, they are here to guide the fellows behind. Though I couldn't make it interesting as I wanted to share a personal experience than to write about something fictional
