Success Story

Ashwini was setting in the balcony, she just came from her meeting, it was a very important meeting, the delegates came from America, the meeting was quite good, and she explained very well to that delegates, and almost the foreign collaboration she completed, she sharked the hands with the guest, and they were very positive about the deal, the results were awaited she was an extincted and also she was a little bit in tension. She came her home, she freshened her self, and she made a tea, as how she expected, meanwhile, she talked with her daughter, Swara, on sky pee, Swara was in America, and she was studying, after her talk finished, she took her tea, and she came In the balcony.

           It was fresh air, though it was dark, the air was very fresh, she felled a very fresh, she looked back, on the wall, there was a photo hanged, it was her husband’s photo, Amar, her husband, when she saw to Amar’s photo, she went in her nostalgic period, and she started the remembering things with Amar.

           Amar was very enthusiastic and very passionate about his work, Amar and Ashwini met in college event, they were studying in the same college, Amar was her senior, she found Amaris very creative and very hard worker in is work during the festival of college, side by side, he was instructing to his team member also, and Ashwini guessed that Amar is a very good leader, and in that team, Ashwini was also working as a member, and she also obeyed to Amar’s instructions, and she failed in love with Amar, she realized that, Amar could be a person, on whom she can trust, with whom she can share everything, very small things with whom can share, Amar was a person, with whom’s she was feeling secure her self, he was the perfect match for her expectations, which she made in her mind, and she clicked that yes, Amar is a perfect life partner for her.

           The progrmme got a huge success, it was hard working and dedication of Amar and his team, college Principal, specially congratulate to Amar and his team, and they gave a special reward to them. Principal sir, organized a dinner party at the hotel, Ashwini decided to tell Amar, about her feelings, and it was a great chance for her.

           “Amar, I want to share my feelings.” Ashwini said to Amar, when they both came out from noise of party. Amar was knowing that what Ashwini is going to say. “ Yes, please tell me about your feelings.” Amar told to Ashwini. Ashwini was shying. When Ashwini expressed to Amar, that she is in love with him, at that time, Amar was surprised, and he accepts her proposal, and they decided to marry after their education, and after the settlement of their careers.

           Amar and Ashwini both, completed their educations, and they got good placements from college campus, both were engineers, Aswini was Computer Engineer, and Amar was Mechanical Engineering, both got a good job in their respective field. After 2-3 years they got married, as they decided, and their lives were started, both were having good income, so they were financially secure.

           One day he told to Ashwini,” I am leaving my job, and I want to start, my own business”. Ashwini said,”think for a while, no doubt you have good qualities of business person, but you don’t have any experience about the same, so first, analyse the things then start your own venture.” Amar said,” I collected all information, and then I decided to start it.” Ashwini wasn’t able to say anything to Amar, he left the job, but Ashwini was continuing with her job. Very soon, Amar established his own venture, and he got good success in his business, he was earning good profit from his business, and now he was tonting to Ashwini on her job, he was always proving that, how his business is better than, her job, he was comparing himself with her, on economic terms. Ashwini was listening very politely, and she was not giving any answer to Amar, but suddenly, his business starting falling, his products was not salable in market, he was under pressure, in meanwhile period, Ashwini gave birth to Swaraa, when Swaraa came in their life, both were very happy, but to Amar, there was business tensions with him, Ashwini’s job still was going, Amar remembered his word, he said sorry to Ashiwin, but she didn’t said anything to him, due to business tensions, Amar starts smoking, and his smoking was increasing day by day, and one day………………………………

           Amar died, due to massive heart attack, suddenly the life of Ashwini changed, now she was having more responsibility on her shoulder, Amar’s business was not going properly, so she decided to sold out the venture, she handover his whole business, to his partner, because, she wasn't knowing about his business, the one good thing was that, Amar gave all investments details, bank details to Ashwini, from that money, she paid the loans, 

           Now the question was how to survive? Ashwini was having good financial support, because she was working, and she was earning good salary, but she was having the responsibility of her daughter Swaraa, Swaraa was just kid, she was just going to school, she has to do the work, her mother came, and she took the responsibility of her daughter Swaraa, from her’s in-laws families no one was supporting to her expect her mother-in-law, she was very supportive to Ashwini, she was giving always, morale support to her.

           Now it was the time where Ashwini wants to be a very strong, she has to take care of not only her daughter Swaraa, but also, for her job. Mr. Ketan, who was her boss, he was very understandable at every situation.

           The months were passing, and Swaraa was also growing, now she was going to school, now Ashwini kept a sperate women for taking care of Swaraa, because, now Ashwini’s mother, wasn't able to take care, due to her health issues, she went at her own home, Ashwini was having a very pack schedule, her day was starting from morning 6 and it was ending by near about 10 at night, she was carrying her each and every responsibility with proper work.

           One day Mr. Ketan, asked Ashwini, regarding remarriage with her, Mr. Ketan’s wife died due to illness, he wasn't having a kid, he was taking a care of Swaraa. Ashwini refused her proposal, and Mr. Ketan accepted it very politely, and said to her “ I am very happy, whatever decision you took, but remember one thing, as a friend I will always support to you.” “Thank you sir, it is my great pleasure, I never saw you with that way, here you are my boss, but outside of this premise you are my friend, and will forever.” She gave a full stop to their relations.

           She was working with the same office, after some years, Mr. Ketan got promoted, and he transferred to Delhi, but though Mr. Ketan wasn’t here, he was always giving a moral support to her, and with that, she was living happily, she got the chance to became a boss, chance for replacement of Mr. Ketan, but she refused, and she wants to start her own venture.

           She saw that, many women are illiterate in computers, they don't have any basic computer knowledge, so she decided, to start her own computer institute when she gave this idea to her daughter, she really appreciated to her, now Swaraa was learning in 10th standard, she was mature enough. When she took this decision, she called to Mr. Ketan, and he also gave a green signal.

           She started, her institute, with 10 computers, the opening ceremony done with her two mothers, who was always with her one was her own mother,and another was her mother-in-law, she started his own business, now, she wasn't getting a time, she was more busy.

           The Institute was growing, when she starting with 10 computers, now it was around 50 computers, with all amenities, she tie ups with some universities for the courses, and now in minimum fees women were learning the computers. Now she was having 3 more institutes in the same cities.

           Meanwhile, many things were happened, her mother-in-law passes, due to her illness, she shocked very much, because from her in-laws family, only she was giving a supporting hand to Ashwini, Swaraa got good score in her exams, so she went to America for fuhrer education, after completion her education, she was looking for her mother’s institute, she went to America to get advanced knowledge about the computers, another shock was Mr. Ketan also left, he also died, her biggest supports were lost, though she lost her biggest support, but she stood strongly, because, she wanted to give computer literacy to women, and she also left her job.

           Now her institute was also going fast, now she was nominated for best women entrepreneur award, and she won that award, she gave a speech on that occasion, she accepted award with her daughter, and her mother.

           “Behind every success, there is someone, who really help you, at behind me, today they are not here, they died, there were 2 persons, to whom I can’t forget never, one was my daughter-in-law, who supported me every time, after the death of my husband, she really supported to me, at every step of my life, in every decision she was with me, and another was MR. Ketan, my boss, he was not my boss, but he was very close friend, but unfortunately, both are not here, and I am dedicating this award to both of them, and of course, this journey would never end without support of my daughter Swaraa, and my mother.” Ashwini expressed her feelings in her speech.

           Swaraa and Ashwini’s mother, both went on stage, and she accepted an honor, with their hands, and she declared that, her entire business will be taken over by her daughter Swaraa………….

           On that occasion, many women were present, and they gave congratulations and best wishes to Ashwini, the clapping was going continuously.
