Mohamad was eager to join us. He was worried about his future prospects. He wants to earn more and more. I was unable to offer him a job where he can earn more and that is why at times, I ignored his request to join us here in the Himalayas.

One fine morning, he informed me that he is willing to join us immediately as he has already lost his job. Earlier, I suggested him to stay with his family. His son is studying at Varanasi and stays with his mother. Mohamad visits Varanasi on weekends. I was very happy to accept his request to work with us. He joined us with his family and was happy initially.

I got a call from Raja a prospective teacher for our school. He works with a prestigious institution run by an Indian cricketer. Later, he joined Karishma newly married couple. They were happy too.

Suddenly, Mr. Pradhan resigned, Mohamad applied for long leave and Karishma and Raja run away. There is a shortage of teachers at our school. We gave an internal advertisement in our plant and nearby plant. Many people approached us for a job. Highly qualified home makers.

They have joined our team. They are Teachers. They are mothers. They are faculty members. They own the school.
