PINK Is My Favourite Colour: Will The Society Accept Me?

Yes, the title speaks for itself and “PINK” is indeed my favourite colour.

So, what’s the big deal? We have the choice to decide on colours, isn’t it?

Well, yes that’s the scenario but when somebody asks me about my favourite colour, I usually take a moment and then say “Pink” which usually doesn’t make sense to many people.

They say being a boy you love pink to which I gently ask them a question in return - If girls can love blue or black then why is that so strange for a boy to love pink? 

It’s just not about the colour you love, it’s about breaking the stereotype the society has formed which tells us that boys should go for black and blue and girls should opt for pink and red.

To the guy who loves pink don’t be afraid to let the society know because you are not different, it’s your life and they need to understand.

It’s about feeling good for yourself and the society will automatically appreciate you for the way you are!!
