Obstacles Or Opportunities

Long ago, in ancient times, a king had a boulder placed on a roadway . He then hid himself and watched to see if anyone would move the boulder out of the way. Some of the Kings wealthiest merchants and courtiers saw the boulder on the roadway but did not make any effort to remove the boulder out of the way.

Many people came to the Kings palace to complain about the road blockage but they did not make any efforts to remove the boulder out of the way. Then one day a peasant carrying a heavy load was walking on the roadway and he saw the boulder. Then he laid down his burden from the back, and then he started to push the boulder and tried to remove the boulder from the roadway. After a lot of heaving and pushing , the boulder came out and he finally succeeded in removing it out of the way.

After the peasant went back to carry his load and move for his journey he saw a purse lying on the place where the boulder was there. Then he picked up the purse and inside he saw many gold coins and a note which explained that the gold coin is for a person who would remove the boulder from the roadway.

Every obstacle in our life brings opportunities to make our life better and good, some complain about the obstacles in their way but some don't do that. People who don't do this they create opportunities through their generous spirit and a willingness to act .
