New Bride

I am a small-town girl from Andhra Pradesh. I was married in 2008.immediatly after my marriage I shifted to Mumbai where my in-laws stayed. Basically they are from Andhra Pradesh, predominantly Telugu speaking people,job purpose they shifted to Mumbai. My husband's job was in Ahmedabad. I stayed for one month with laws. As a new bride, my struggle was chapathi dough preparation, rolling Chapathi and eating chapati as breakfast and dinner. My mother in law managed to do all household chores she assigned me vegetables cutting and dough mixing work. She wakes up at 5 am, along with her I wake up . while doing pooja she would ask me to mix the wheat flour and roll the chapati, which is Hercules's task for me. In my Home we ate chapathi once in a Blue moon. I can't say no to her. I tried to manage dough mixing. But I can't manage the rolling Chapathi round shapes. Shapes would come like maps. She understood my struggle.Gave a smile and take over my work.From next day dough mixing work assigned to mybrother in law.But now I am master in Chapathi making especially round shape like a pro .
