Vegetable Village

Once there was an old farmer Mallanna who lived in a small village. The village is boasted with beautiful lake and green vegetable farms on its shore. The area is dotted with huge trees. Mallanna lives in his ancestral house. His house had green backyard was filled with various plants and vegetables. In his back yard, there was abundant of tomato, shrubs and potato tubers.

               

One day he decided to harvest the tomatoes and potatoes from the backyard. He brought a handwoven bamboo basket to collect the tomatoes, he gently grasps and pulls the tomatoes from the plant and he collected the potato tubers by unearthing the plant.

  

Tommy tomato and patty potato were there in the basket and reached mallanna's kitchen. Tommy tomato felt bad by seeing ugly, brown, soiled patty potato, it felt proud about its red, round and shiny colour.

     

Tommy tomato said to patty potato look how beautiful I am with red colour and green crown, You look so ugly with brown colour and eyes over on you.

           

After some days Tommy starts wrinkled and faded its beauty but patty looks like same as before Tommy tomato pride was gone away now. Tommy now felt that everyone has their charm.

           

Patty Potato laughed at Tommy and said " I can live more than two months without getting spoiled, but your shelf life is very less you can easily get spoiled. " Tommy felt that patty was true. Next time Tommy never make fun of others.

MORAL: Don't make fun of others.
