       Why don’t you understand my submission Ritu was losing her cool, in the chamber of the editor, of a leading newspaper where she and her boss were discussing a high-profile story, *missing girl Mona*. Yes, Mona was her name and she was working on her story assigned by her boss. she collected huge information and concluded that she was not missing but is in hiding as she is very much afraid and thinks as soon as she comes out of her hiding she is murdered or will be trapped on the false pretext of the murder of a policewoman who was killed during crossfire between two gangs in jheriya Kalan her native town in Jharkhand. Mona was staying there in the nearby house and was present on the crime scene before the arrival of the local police as she was also a crime reporter like Ritu. 

       Ritu herself was a qualified journalist she did her masters in criminal journalism and a doctorate in white color crimes. In her office, there was no one talented like her but she was not respected as per her talent as being a girl she most of the time could not take late-night investigations and part from that she need cameramen too to be associated with her but it was not given as other colleagues were doing it on their own.

        She dropped the issue as she decided to go for some other assignment until then she was just working. one coworker Ramesh tried to help her on the pretext to be her boyfriend but she refused as she was not in such matters since her childhood she hates men as her father treated her mother very badly and their marriage was a bad dream. 

       

 Ritu was just about to finish the story and then all of a sudden her mobile rang an unknown number from Jharkhand she kept her phone on silent and quickly went in the washroom pick the phone and to her dismay it was Mona. who narrated and also text her real crime scene story Mona was in the UK then and started working with UK times and applied for political asylum.

         Ritu was very happy about this information. now her mood is relaxed she input all basics in the story compiled with proofs and completed it now she had to present it in the format to her editor to confirm that she was right.

         Ritu did all basics for the desired job related to her story with all proof and also wrote an RL in tech terms resignation letter on dismay grounds. Though she did not feel good to blame anyone here her education was challenged so she felt it to do as her mother trained her to fight MANHOOD in the society. And she used that here with pride. She kept all documents in a yellow envelope [ top secret ] sealed it. dropped it in the editors' desk slot meant for such jobs and left the office with all his belongings which were a pen, laptop. reported to security and left.  

         Her womanhood was so cool doing it and happy her mother was with her an all-time guide to never let her down in any circumstances her real friend. Later in the evening, her editor called she blocked his number with a message that sir boss is always right with R capital thanks if you feel like human transfer my salary to the bank and forget that there was any Ritu worked in your office.
