"Ok, mom, I am leaving to the office," said Sumitra's son. She was busy praying and amidst this activity, her daughter-in-law calls her.

"Mom, you hurry up, breakfast is waiting for you. Today I have made your favourite dish. You will thoroughly relish it."

Sumitra had to go and have her breakfast. Her daughter-in-law serves her tasty breakfast and fresh juice. She finishes her breakfast and settles to watch her favourite sitcom discussing the episode with her daughter-in-law. Both of them spend some time together and Sumitra goes to her bedroom that is well ventilated and neatly arranged. She takes a short nap while her daughter-in-law is busy with household chores with the help of the house help.

She finishes her cooking and Sumitra wakes up from her short nap to have lunch served by her daughter in law affectionately. In the afternoon she is joined by her next-door neighbour who is of her age and so they had some interesting discussions about the sitcom they both liked, it was about family relationships where the mother-in-law is ill-treated by the daughter-in-law and what difficulty she faces.

"Mom", calls her daughter-in-law, "wear this saree, I pressed it for you. You match it with these new bangles and earrings. You will look elegant."

She finishes her dinner after some time and goes to her bedroom. She goes to sleep and she can hear her son enquiring whether his mother that is Sumitra had her dinner etc. She feels so happy and blessed to have such a loving son and daughter-in-law who are taking good care of her in her old age. She feels how envious her friend feels about her lifestyle.

"Sumitra, Sumitra get up, it is already 7.30. You need to go to the dining room and finish your breakfast otherwise it will get over. What are you smiling at so much? Wake up, wake up" calls her roommate. No, nothing to be surprised. Sumitra is living in an old-age home after being dropped there by her loving son and doting daughter-in-law. And she was only dreaming about all that, we misunderstood. Nothing to be surprised, it is the most common story shared by thousands of elderly people who are forced to live in a home away from home, discovering new know-how which is not blissful but otherwise. So keep thinking what is the turnaround. ...
