Grandmother

Long back ago, there was a boy called Sam, he was very lazy. His mother and father were so busy that they didn't look after him. On a weekend Sam's parents decided to have fun with their child, has they always neglect him during office days. They realized that Sam has become lazy and addicted to video games. They thought to call up Sam's grandmother from village to look after him. The grandmother is not an ordinary lady, she was a great sportsperson of her time. As soon as Grandmother realized Sam laziness, her blood was in rage of anger. She understood one cannot hold water in hand. She decided to remove the weed roots of laziness from Sam and to grow some good saplings of exercise in his body. But to attract Sam on exercise, grandmother have to do something unique. 

After, few days Grandmother started watching sports channels especially boxing. Grandmother was making actions of punching in front of Television. Sam started laughing on grandmother. Grandmother ignored him and continued the actions. Later, after the end of the show Sam asked her, are you so interested in boxing? Grandmother, "Haha, I love all the sports. I was champion at my time, my house was full of my trophies. Even, whoever use to visit our home, they always use to praise me and I was the favorite student of my school and college. Later, after marriage, I left everything, I still want me back, but due to old age I think I won't be able to."

Sam (felt sad), went on thinking something in his room. On the very next day Sam informed his grandmother, about the new marathon upcoming for senior citizen and I will bring back my sporty Grandmother. Grandmother (haha, he has decided to teach me, great with this he will also learn).

Sam and grandmother used to walk daily in the morning, bit exercise & Yoga in the evening. Both were preparing hard for each other.

Finally, the day arrived for senior citizen marathon, Grandmother, put her all the efforts and listed her in top 15. Grandmother, got a running band with a cool goggles. 

Grandmother took the goggle for herself and gifted the running band to Sam, for his efforts. Sam was delighted and informed his grandmother, that he is going to participate in next children's marathon and will make her grandmother more proud. Sam told his grandmother, "Grandmother, after the children's marathon, people will know me as your grandson." Grandmother (eyes were filled with joy). 

After few months, the day arrived, Sam put all his efforts into the children's marathon and came in top 5. Sam felt proud and told his parents that its so fun, I really wasted a lot of time in videogames, from now on, I will work hard and will make this marathon on my name one day. 

Sam's parents and grandmother were happy that Sam realized the real meaning of hard work.

Moral: Never let laziness overtake you.
