Grandma

I have been doing grocery shopping with my little sister. Afterward, we decided to go to the park for a while. We always came here with our grandmother. Today was the first time we ever came here without her. 

Sighing I sat down on the bench while my sister ran off to play on the swing. My grandma was quite sick. I feared for her health. Praying to God endlessly, I shed tears in the hopes nothing happens to her. 

I started looking around and saw how lonely was park today. I saw my grandma in a distance. She was walking towards my direction. She came and sat beside me. 

"Grandma you here. You should be resting. You are sick. " I said. 

"I have rested enough. I want to spend some time with my two beloved granddaughters. " My grandma said. 

My sister ran and hugged her. We sat there in each other's embrace for quite a long time. I don't know why I was feeling sad like I would never again see my grandma. The feeling was nauseating me. 

Then we decided to head home. 

On our way home, we saw 2 men watching us creepily. Seeing this, my grandma came beside me. 

Me and my sister felt safe. 

We then reached home. There was a commotion there. Grandma was no longer with us. We searched but it was like she vanished in the air. 

My mom and dad came to me and said crying that my grandma was no more. 

I was shocked as she was just spending time with us. We tried to tell our parents that this must be some misunderstanding. But my mom said that she was there all the time and she has passed away 1 hour ago. 

Not able to handle the news, I cried a lot. 

I also wondered if she was here all the time who was with us.
