In the quaint town of Seo-Yeon, South Korea, two childhood friends, Ji-eun and Min-ho, grew up together sharing laughter, dreams, and aspirations. Ji-eun was a talented artist with dreams of becoming a professional painter, while Min-ho had a passion for music and hoped to become a renowned composer.

As they reached their teenage years, their feelings for each other grew deeper, but they were hesitant to confess, fearing that it might jeopardize their precious friendship. However, fate had other plans for them when an unexpected tragedy struck their lives. Ji-eun was diagnosed with a terminal illness that left her with only a few months to live.
