End Of Eliz

End Of Eliz

We are always so influenced by opinions that we consider them to be true.

A child till the age of two doesn't even know what life and death is. If you tell that child that the moon is a monster which eats up the sun every night, they will buy this easily. Can you tell the gender of a baby when they are all covered and have short hair? Can you tell their academic grades by looking at their tiny faces?

I bet most of us can't do that.

The sun couldn't shine any brighter the day Eliz was admitted to an all-gender school three years ago. He was an honour grade student with an unholy past.

The winds of feminism have gone wild in the wrong parts. Those who were already at equal spots were trying to reach the highest imaginary spot while those who needed it were still under wraps.

Eliz belonged to a family where his dad practiced polygamy and used to abuse his wives under the name of masculinity. Eliz saw his mother cry. A child is influenced more by tears than by action when they prematurely develop a mind.

Eliz's past was like an open book for everyone, as his father had been thrown in prison by the family of his dead second mother a month before. He was smart, humbled, unlike other boys who used to be rude and acting on impulse just like strict standard boys. He was down to earth but wasn't a fool to be not able to understand that the girls in the school who were already privileged were claiming to be superior for odd reasons and insulted him for no good cause.

Well, neither the boys nor girls understood that they were fighting for a cause which was  non-existing for their state as they were already equal.

The days of entrance exams were approaching, everyone was doing their best.

It was declared that women would be admitted first, then weaker sections after that, normal students. Well, Eliz was so proud of his learning abilities that he forgot that he was in the most prestigious and expensive school where those who were studying were already at equal standards.

Eliz worked and worked , he even forgot to eat his meals. His two mothers created an unhealthy pressure on him to score. For him, graduation was a means to give his mothers the respect in society which they lost when they sued their husbands.

He was working day and night,no wonder he got sick.. so sick that he had to be admitted into a hospital. Even in the hospital, he was studying to score a position in the list of the passed students.

The day of the exams arrived, he gave the exams with a glucose drip clinging to his hand.

He was sure about his success.

The day of the results made him so anxious that he cried the entire night all worried. He was an honour student as said before.

He scored the highest in the entire university yet didn't pass the entrance as all the seats were already taken. Eliz stumbled and his heart ached. His mothers were mourning instead of giving him support with kind words appreciating his hard work.

Many were protesting for name sake and for themselves, but Eliz knew that it was the end. A single hard failure after you did all that you could is the hardest pill to digest.

Eliz committed suicide that very evening. His mother filed the case under the school name.

The media was bustling with the battle of opinions for the sake of feminism and masculinity.

Anyhow, what everyone knew was that Eliz's end was a reward for his cursed modern masculinity and the seeds of a word battle between the name feminist and masculine.
