Day 1

Dear Diary,

It's been a long time we spoke, firstly I am sorry that we haven't been in touch for so long. I have missed you a lot and wanted to get in touch with you but something or the other would come up. I'm glad, finally I got this opportunity to talk to you.

Lockdown has been implemented globally, every individual is forced to be at homes. Thankfully the lockdown is just for humans and not for internet connection. Due to this virus, my college was shut exams were postponed and I was forced to come back home.

First few days were great, I filled my with two years untold stories and she did the same. Homemade delicious food which consisted of lip-smacking spices mixed with mom's love protruded my belly.

Everything seemed to be fine until the quarantine got extended to 21 days. For me the quarantine was not only physically but mentally and emotionally too. The evening Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced about quarantine was also the day my mother announced she was looking for matches for me.

The last 2 years of my life played like a movie in front of my eyes... and got paused on his face.
