Confidence

Surajpur was a small and beautiful village. Sindhu was living in Surajpur. Sindhu was a very clever boy; unfortunately he had no hands.

One day his friend Mahesh asked him "What will you become ?" Sindhu replied " I will become a cricketer." Mahesh was laughing. Sindhu asked Mahesh "Why are you laughing ?" Mahesh was speechless Sindhu again asked "Why are you laughing? " Mahesh replied "How will you became a cricketer ? You are a handicapped. He heard this. He left his dream.

One day teacher told a story in his classroom. "Once upon a time this happened in a school of a small village. A child studied in school. He was weak in studies. one time a Rushi [ saint ] came in the school. He was great. He saw pupils' hands [palms] and told future. The weak student also showed his palm to the Rushi. Rushi saw his palm and said "In your palm there is not the study line." on hearing this, he was sad and went to home. He took a knife. He drew a line in his palm with the knife. Again he went to the Rushi and showed his palm. He told Rushi "Please see my study line in my hand."

Long time after he wrote a book 'ASTADHAYAYI' , a famous Sanskrit grammarian. The boy name was 'Panini.'

On hearing this story, Sindhu's Confidence awakened. Then he worked hard. Some time later he became a great cricketer.
