"CHANGE" - It's Repercussions
A sudden change of mind has its negative effects or results in its initial stage. Your thinking should be steady all the time. If you are going to change your mind, change it slowly. First, think about its advantages and disadvantages and then only take the decision.
In an organisation if you want to bring some change due to an increase in size and operations of organisation or when it is spread over various areas at different places then it becomes necessary to change the structure of organisation. It should be beneficial to the organisation and to their employees. So before bringing any change first see whether employees are ready for the change ? are they ready to change their mindset?
First make them believe and feel that change will be beneficial to them in the long run, might not be in the short run. make them aware of the advantages of what and how things will change and most importantly why the need for change so that they will not feel that it is imposed on them.
Manpower is the only factor of production that will get affected the most because of the sudden change in structure , policies that you are going to change. it should reach up to down level through proper channel.
Likewise , when if you have to modernise the structure of country , whether the minds of the people living in the country are ready to accept the change. Are they educated enough to take advantage of the change because if the prior information and involvement of people is there before introducing the change it can help in the implementation.
