There was something different in the clouds today. The feels of the rainy weather and the fragrance of the wet rose petals....everything seemed different. It was something which 'Ashmi' has never felt before. Those dreamy, blushing clouds, the wind gently blowing the hair, those droplets lovingly kissing the cheeks, the aroma of the flowers, and that adorable smile which was long due, Ashmi stood in her balcony and felt the goodness of nature while remembering someone.
Someone who she couldn't forget. Someone who ruled her heart. Someone named 'Ishaan' with whom she fall in love.
Ishaan was her schoolmate. He was a true gentleman with intelligence, a sharp mind, ambitions, etiquette, and a heart full of love and kindness. He was always fond of painting and was an excellent painter. He gained huge respect and popularity in the school because of his artwork. He used to participate in every 'Painting Competition' conducted by their school and has won too many of them. That's when Ashmi got to know him. Ashmi was also pursuing Arts and used to constantly visit the school's art room. She was a hardworking, loving, and beautiful girl.
One day, Ishaan met Ashmi in the school art room and saw her painting a rose flower. Ashmi was lost in the magic of colors and it seemed like the brushes were dancing on the beautiful love tunes of colors. Ishaan was amazed by her dedication and saw the spirit of love for Painting. He couldn't take his eyes off from her painting and her. He suddenly asked her "how can you paint so beautifully?" to which she replied "getting asked this question from the person who has become the inspiration for the students in our school is amazing I guess" and smiled. She further said "I know that you have been staring at me for more than an hour now" and looked into his eyes. He murmured, "Is it been an hour....?!" This made Ishaan nervous and blush a little. But he too smiled and looked back in her eyes. Both were looking into each other eyes and Ishaan couldn't forget her face from then.
Ishaan was constantly reminding those minutes of peace, love, and butterflies he had with Ashmi today. It seemed like he got trapped into her eyes which were worth falling for, her smile which drove him crazy, and her voice which melted his heart. He felt like he was in love but he wasn't sure and never spoke about it.
With time, both of them grew a strong, beautiful, and loving bond. They talked for hours, discussed everything, waited for each other's call, painted together, and enjoyed every moment spent together. Ashmi knew it somewhere that both of them loved each other but no one ever spoke about it. They felt their love. Those little nameless moments of love smiles and happiness.... couldn't be expressed in words.
But sometimes, feelings should not be seized till the heart only. Those inexpressible feelings should be expressed and that nameless bond should be named....sometimes.
The day when both of them were returning from a beach, Ishaan left Ashmi at her home, and while returning back to his home he met a horrible accident. He was on his bike and suddenly got hit by a bus. He was hurt so bad that he couldn't even open his eyes. But, somehow someone kind-hearted helped him and took him to the hospital.
After a few days, when he opened his eyes, he saw Ashmi in front of him sobbing. He wanted to talk to her but couldn't speak. He tried hard to speak but unfortunately, after a few hours, he got to know that he has lost his ability to speak.
This shattered him. He was devastated. All he could think was about his family and Ashmi. His family assured him that he will be fine. They told him that Ashmi is with them. But only Ishaan could think about the pain she was going through. Those tears of pain were something Ishaan promised Ashmi she will never get through. Those unsaid words of love were now of pain, those tears of happiness were now of regret.
After fighting from his destroyed inner self, Ishaan decided that he will not stay longer with Ashmi. This will ruin her life. He decided to leave Ashmi and the place. Ashmi begged her terribly, she reminded him of all those moments of happiness, she encouraged him that we can live together as one. But Ishaan didn't listen to anyone and made up his mind. Unfortunately, he left Ashmi depressed and alone without even telling her where he will be going.
After 7 years, Ashmi has finally moved on but is still scared to love and scared to trust...she has changed. One day, roaming through "The Artist Road" came across a shop of painting. She went into that shop and what she saw was nothing less than a reminder of what she has been through. It felt like the dark clouds have hit her. She met Ishaan, the owner of the very famous and remarkable painting shop. She gazed at the shop with a smile on her face but tears in her eyes. She remembered something from the evening Ishaan met an accident.
Sitting on the beach, playing with the sand, and feeling the water Ishaan discussed his dream of opening a big famous painting shop and wanted Ashmi to decide the interior. Ashmi told him about the kind of interior they should have for the shop and planned it. 7 years has passed by, when she gazed at the shop, it had the same interior as Ashmi told him that day. With the tears of love and sorrow, she went to Ishaan and talked with him in 'Sign Language' and asked in the shivered voice "Why still after 7 years you have kept the interior by my interest?" to which he replied "by this expectation that one day when you will come here and you will feel the same way I feel "
Both standing in front of each other, looking into each other eyes filled with tears. Ashmi moved her back and while she was leaving the shop, Ishaan clapped his hands. Ashmi waited for a second and then looked back. Ishaan asked her in sign language"Why did you learn my language?" to which she replied while sobbing "by this expectation that you will come back to me and will feel the same way I feel". Both were crying but couldn't speak what they felt for each other till now. While leaving Ashmi saw a large portrait painting of her filled with all beautiful colors which was not for sale purposes. With uncontrollable tears, she left the shop and it finishes everything.
