Yes! A man too can break

Yes, a man too can break
when the heart aches
but silently,
Though tears in eyes
but he swallows whole
brilliantly.

Yes, A man is no stone
He is flesh and bone,
Even the strongest hearts
Can break if alone.

There are nights
That fracture his very soul,
But the art of "hiding",
He knows it all.

 He smiles, so that
No one sees him fall,
He stands tall like a wall,
And alone bears it all. 

But who stops him
From sharing,
With those true souls
Who are caring?

 Someone is there
Who can hold him
When he can’t stand,
Also ready to wipe his tears
To hold his hand.

All he needs is to trust
At least one,
If there is night
There too is sun.
