When women will be given equal status as a Man,

When women will be given a right to take stand for themselves,

When women will not face glass ceiling, 

When women will be treated with respect

Whatever role they may be having in their life, 

When women will be free to go anywhere without a fear, 

When women will be capable & strong enough

To raise their voice against any unfair thing if happens,

When women will feel proud of being a woman,

When women will enjoy their freedom being self depend,

Then women empowerment will be in its real sense,
