It slides every sad emotion she wants to hide 

Love for her children, overflows like a dam 

Prayers for strength to face the fiercest storm

Her tears flow with love and affection

Challenged at worldly calculation 

Balancing an art, perfected by Mothers 

She the rainbow with unique colours 

When God decided, his presence always wanted 

He created this ‘woman’, carefully curated 

His envoy in every way possible on earth 

Her belly with a womb – seed sees growth 

Umbilical cord that connect, life it infuses 

Only the best in thoughts she chooses

Many weeks of discomfort, as time progresses 

The world has a new born she loves and blesses

Give her the respect she deserves 

Give her love she preserves 

Give her her due , not hurt and bruises 

Give her what she gives you ….until she turns to Ashes.
