Stop Clock

Stop Clock

1 min 160 1 min 160

Time never takes a break ever

Its forever ticking, world’s every corner

Every second has gone by in the past

The needle moves ahead, sometimes really fast

With every breath, life moves a bit forward

Term to complete, fate here has the last word

Someone up there has scripted your story

Play your role well, amply rewarded at the end of the journey

Do not let those precious moments slip by

Make the most of it, even if it makes you cry

Look for the ray of hope that smiles at you every morning

The Sunrise itself is unconditionally promising

Hurdles come with a stop timer

Every tough question comes with an answer

Set eyes on the clock, hit the goal

Focus only on the space behind the pole

Let the alarms go, wake up call – much needed

Jump start the day, internally motivated

Look back, footprints you leave need a salute

Time itself will pay you the best tribute
