Where Do I Belong?

Where Do I Belong?

I certainly feel that I don’t belong here,

Not in this reality, heavy with its weight.

It pulls at me, demands my grip,

And I wonder if I’m meant to carry it,

Or if I’m meant to float,

Wandering in the dreams of the unimaginable.

A world where lightness reigns,

Where every thought is free,

Where I can just be,

Without this need to hold on.

But reality calls,

As it always does.

Isn’t it necessary to exist in it?

To survive, to make sense of it all?

Or am I forever destined to be

A traveler of thoughts,

Wandering where I belong,

In places where everything feels light.

But… maybe that world can be both,

The one where dreams live and reality breathes.

Where I can belong to both,

Without having to choose.
