When I Met Her Again

When I Met Her Again

2 mins 372 2 mins 372

People always come into your life for a reason.

Some are there to stay in your life however, few though not being part of your life, reserves a special place in your heart forever.

This beautiful feeling experienced can't be described, in words,

How it touches the cord of your heart and gives you a reason to smile.

It doesn't matter how long you have known that person

Sometimes even a brief meeting is sufficient to give happiness for a long time

Though weird it may sound, yet that's the beauty and uniqueness of this feeling.

When I saw her the first time, I never thought she would rent a permanent space in my heart.

She was radiating light, looked like an angel and, those beautiful eyes were just mesmerizing.

The glow on her face had filled the entire room with light.

I just kept looking at her words seemed to lose their path

The more I tried hard to find a way to express myself, got more difficult for me.

How could someone become speechless, especially when you have someone like "Her" in front of you?

Where had my voice disappeared, it amused and troubled me at the same time.

She looked so familiar as If I had known her for ages,

There was an unspoken connection felt as we just continued looking at each other.

And even before I could gather the courage to speak to her, she just disappeared in the light.

Her persona had enchanted me that I forgot that she was nothing but the dream.

How could someone like her exist; I thought in vain.

Only if destiny had allowed me to talk to her atleast once I would have let her know how I felt.

Till then, I don't mind meeting her in my dream again.

But destiny had some different plans for me, which I discovered the next day at the bus stop.

As I boarded the bus and took the window seat, I heard a sweet voice,

Excuse me, is this seat taken? she asked

And when I looked up to reply, much to my surprise, I met her again.
