What we are told?

When we grew up,

We were told that,

The world is a place,

where you cannot fly!

You have to walk evenly,

that too with care!

We grew up,

learning to enshroud that silly smile!

We were told,

not to behave wild,

or else people will opine,

"You were not taught how to SMILE.''

The truth comes here,

which we ne'er tried to realize,

that we do not have to bother,

every thing and all and sundry,

and sympathize!

WE WERE NEVER TOLD,

to keep up the child in disguise,

inside our mature beehives!

WE WILL NEVER BE TOLD,

that it is LIFE,

and that too just one!

To grab the wings of our diligence,

and fly in the teal sky,

far away from the fickle minds!

By wild here, I mean to say a childish behaviour and by sympathize I mean 'to agree with'.

By beehives, I mean our minds which are full of thoughts(bees)which may seem annoying to us(sometimes) but are useful at the same time! 

This part of my poem expresses what we are told to do and what we are not.Here,I do not mean to offend anybody.Every one thinks different and hence tells different.
