Wait for me until the sun 

Seizes the realm of the sky

The birds open their wings

And began singing a lullaby for trees

The dream has shattered and 

You stretched your hands wide

I come as the ray that dance in your eyes

Be the coffee you sip, the workout you declined. 

Or be the song, you hum all day in mind

Wait for me until you are hard to find

The flowers and scents occur dry and drab

The sky you spy on is no more blue

I appear as a dark cloud 

To fill your heart with rain

Or be the thunder that bears off all your pain. 

Wait for me until the city sleeps

The night gets darker, cold and quiet

The moon outshines, the stars invade the sky

I rise from those illuminating light

Or be the breeze that touches your smile.
